If BGA wins, Harding Academy qualifies as a fifth place team as a result of winning 50% of their total games scheduled (Football Regulation IV. General Regulations. Division II - second paragraph).
If Harding Academy wins, there is no fifth place team since BGA does not win 50% of their regular season games.
Division II AAA
