In all playoff games in the quarterfinal round in Class A, the higher-seeded team shall be the host school. In the semi-final round in odd-numbered years, the East/Middle No. 1 vs. the No. 4 winner and the West No. 1 vs. No. 4 winner shall be the host schools. In even-numbered years, the West No. 2 vs. No. 3 and the East No. 2 vs. No. 3 winners shall be the host schools.
In all playoff games in the quarterfinal round in Class AA, the higher-seeded team shall be the host school. If a team travels from East Tennessee to West Tennessee or from West Tennessee to East Tennessee in the quarterfinal round, it shall host the semifinal round. If both teams have had similar travel situations or if the travel situation does not apply, the higher-seeded team shall host the semifinal round.
