In all playoff games in the quarterfinal round in Class A, the higher-seeded team shall be the host school. In the semi-final round in odd-numbered years, the East/Middle No. 1 vs. the No. 4 winner and the West No. 1 vs. No. 4 winner shall be the host schools. In even-numbered years, the West No. 2 vs. No. 3 and the East No. 2 vs. No. 3 winners shall be the host schools.

In all playoff games in the semifinal round in Class A, the higher-seeded team shall be the host school.
