Information Required Once Your Team Has Won at the Regional Level

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED ONCE YOUR TEAM HAS WON AT THE REGIONAL TOURNAMENT LEVEL. THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED SHOULD YOUR TEAM QUALIFY FOR THE STATE TOURNAMENT:

  1. TEAM PHOTO: (Scanned Pictures - 300 DPI; minimal 4" X 5"; save as .jpg, .tiff, or .eps file)
    Mail or e-mail the appropriate team photo to be used in the state tournament program should your team qualify.

  1. TEAM ROSTER:
    Mail, e-mail, or fax your team's roster to be used in the state tournament program should your team qualify. (Please click here to get the proper roster form for the state tournament program.)

  • MAIL TO: TSSAA; Attn: Shonnie Speicher; P.O. Box 319; Hermitage, TN 37076 (By Mail) or 3333 Lebanon Road; Hermitage, TN 37076 (By UPS or FedEx)

    Identify your school in the "Subject" line of your e-mail.
