District and Region Tennis Tournament Directors Instructions

Just a reminder to all district directors to please fax in your district team champions to the state office. You can fax them to our office at (615) 889-0544. Please give us the school name, if it is girls' or boys', and the district number. Your cooperation in this matter is very much appreciated.

For all region directors, on Wednesday, May 15, 2013, we would appreciate you faxing the following information in to our office: Name of the girls' and boys' tennis players, region number, along with the school name of those who will be advancing to the state tournament. The fax number is (615) 889-0544. If you do not have access to a fax machine, please call this information in to our office at (615) 889-6740. We need the material as soon as your region is completed.
