Information Required Once Your Team Has Won a First Round Game

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED ONCE YOUR TEAM HAS WON A FIRST ROUND GAME. THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED SHOULD YOUR TEAM QUALIFY FOR THE STATE TOURNAMENT:

  1. TEAM PHOTO: (Scanned Pictures - 300 DPI; minimal 4" X 5"; save as .jpg, .tiff, or .eps file)
    Mail or e-mail the appropriate team photo to be used in the state tournament program should your team qualify.

  1. TEAM ROSTER:
    Mail, e-mail, or fax your team's roster to be used in the state tournament program should your team qualify. (Please click here to get the proper roster form for the state tournament program.)

  • MAIL TO: TSSAA; Attn: Shonnie Speicher; P.O. Box 319; Hermitage, TN 37076 (By Mail) or 3333 Lebanon Road; Hermitage, TN 37076 (By UPS or FedEx)

    Identify your school in the "Subject" line of your e-mail.
